How commissions, merchant links and editorial independence will work when commercial links are activated.
Plain-language disclosure
Some product links may become paid links. If you click one and make a qualifying purchase, the site operator may receive a commission. The price you pay is not increased by that commission.
Every paid link must carry a nearby disclosure. A footer policy alone does not replace the disclosure beside a recommendation or purchase link.
Editorial separation
A commission never changes the evidence grade, fitment verdict or publication gate. Unknown and conflict results remain visible even when a merchant has a reference-only product link.
- A merchant link is labeled View product details and is never presented as a confirmed-fitment result.
- Reference-only links may appear only on a published page with a visible check-product-details notice.
- The same technical conclusion remains when affiliate links are removed.
- Merchant availability and prices are separate from product compatibility.
Program-specific wording
Approved programs may require additional exact wording. For example, an active Amazon Associates implementation must display the program-required Associate disclosure and use properly tagged Special Links.
