How consent, analytics, correction reports, data minimization and retention are handled.
Current data-minimization design
The site is designed not to ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, full VINs or account creation. Correction submissions explicitly reject personal information.
Optional analytics scripts are not loaded until the visitor chooses Allow analytics. Advertising storage remains denied. The preference is stored only in that browser.
Events that may be measured after consent
The event contract can measure registered page IDs, selected vehicle and product IDs, result status, evidence grade, anonymous search length, correction issue type and outbound offer ID. Raw search text and user-level affiliate identifiers are excluded.
Processors, retention and choices
The operator, contact channel, processors and retention schedule are shown below. Visitors can keep analytics disabled, change the browser preference later, or contact the operator about a correction submission.
Requests are handled under any mandatory rights that apply to the visitor and operator. FitMyUTV does not sell personal information and does not activate advertising storage in this MVP.
